Hi! My name is Lauren, and I am a K-4 technology teacher in Illinois. I started this blog in 2011, and wow has it grown! What started as a small way to share new tech tools with my co-workers has reached educators all around the USA!

This is my eighth year in my dream job as a technology teacher. I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Elementary Education in 2008. I then became a first grade teacher for three years. In 2011, I completed my masters in Technology in Education from National Louis University, and that is what led me to my role today. 

In my "free time", I am a mom, yogi, runner, and love all things Chicago sports. I love learning and being creative and enjoy sharing new ideas with all of you! Please email me at any time if you have a question, feedback, or are looking for something new!
